In order to better carry out the work of this period, the following work plan is designated:

1. The top priority is to initially elect the first club cadres, establish the association board of directors, improve the club system, and carry out a series of let-downs before the new students register. For activities that benefit students, satisfy teachers, and are recognized by the school, cadres from various departments should actively cooperate with the association to carry out their work.

2. Do a good job in recruiting new people. Since the school stipulates that the school-wide unified club recruitment will be carried out, a special recruitment working group will be established before this to produce promotional posters and leaflets so that new students can learn more about our club. During the recruitment process, the Propaganda Department will and the Organization Department to fully carry out the recruitment work this time, and the cadres of each society must obey the dispatch.

3. Further improve the Board of Directors. In order to clarify the personnel arrangements of the club as early as possible and lead the work of new students, the club will conduct a comprehensive recruitment of club cadres after the recruitment is completed. 4. In order to better accommodate new members into the club and strengthen connections and exchanges among members, a new student exchange meeting will be held in October. 5. This event is also one of the activities of the "Food Culture Festival", a large-scale cultural festival to be held this year. 6. While holding club activities, the association will regularly broadcast the "Weekly Quality Report".
