Work plan of the Food and Nutrition Association

The Food and Nutrition Association of Hunan University of Science and Technology, which has been conceived for several months, finally came into being due to the guidance of department teachers and the active cooperation and hard work of students. The new semester is coming quietly, and all aspects of the association's work will be deployed in a new and comprehensive manner. This semester, we will take the first association leader as the center, a strict and well-trained management team, and the leadership of the Youth League Committee and Societies Liaison Department of the hospital. Under the guidance, the starting point is to promote reasonable dietary culture, popularize nutrition and health knowledge, enrich campus cultural life, promote campus harmony and create a quality life together, with the theme of our society "Nutritional Food, Healthy You and Me", Work hard to forge ahead and create a new situation for the development of our company. In order to better carry out the work of this period, the following work plan is designated:

1. The top priority is to initially elect the first club cadres, establish the association board of directors, improve the club system, and carry out a series of let-downs before the new students register. For activities that benefit students, satisfy teachers, and are recognized by the school, cadres from various departments should actively cooperate with the association to carry out their work.

2. Do a good job in recruiting new people. Since the school stipulates that the school-wide unified club recruitment will be carried out, a special recruitment working group will be established before this to produce promotional posters and leaflets so that new students can learn more about our club. During the recruitment process, the Propaganda Department will and the Organization Department to fully carry out the recruitment work this time, and the cadres of each society must obey the dispatch.

3. Further improve the Board of Directors. In order to clarify the personnel arrangements of the club as early as possible and lead the work of new students, the club will conduct a comprehensive recruitment of club cadres after the recruitment is completed. First of all, we should mobilize the cadres of the club to promote the recruitment of cadres, and implement it to all classes in the department, especially the freshman class, and then conduct formal recruitment interviews at the same time, which will facilitate the development of the club's future activities.

4. In order to better accommodate new members into the club and strengthen connections and exchanges among members, a new student exchange meeting will be held in October. The Propaganda Department will be responsible for publicity, and the Organization Department and various departments will Responsible for the layout and logistics of contact classrooms, the president and secretary-general presided over the convening of this exchange meeting.

5. In order to allow new members to truly feel the excitement of club activities, a club activity will be held immediately after the recruitment of new members and cadres, namely the "Food Knowledge Competition", which is open to all members. The content involves food nutrition, health, safety, food technology, table manners and other aspects. This event is also one of the activities of the "Food Culture Festival", a large-scale cultural festival to be held this year. The competition aims to improve Students’ understanding of safe and healthy eating and food nutrition. The arrangements for the activities are comprehensively planned and organized by the community cadres.

6. While holding club activities, the association will regularly broadcast the "Weekly Quality Report". The videos played will be downloaded by the Planning Department, and the Publicity Department will post notices and organize screenings. The president applied to play the classroom. This activity is mainly to let teachers and students understand the food safety hazards that are closely related to life.

7. In order to strengthen the communication and understanding of the association cadres, activities among the association cadres will be held in sequence at the end of October, and specific activities will be temporarily arranged.

8. At the end of October, the college’s first food technology and culture event, the Food Culture Festival, will be held. The specific plan will be made in detail.

9. At the end of the term, a summary should be made, experience exchange and cadre review should be carried out, and data collection should be organized.

10. The association funds for this semester will consist of new member dues and partial sponsorships. Financial budgets and summaries must be carried out to carry out activities, and funds must be saved.

In this period of work, the development of various activities requires the close contact and cooperation of all departments. Personnel in each department must obey the dispatch and offer their skills and suggestions to devote more thought and energy to the development of association activities, especially in While working, we must motivate and help new cadres.
