Those who have not obtained the nurse qualification, meet one of the following conditions, and have completed clinical nursing practice in teaching and general hospitals for more than 8 months (including graduates of class 20 10) can sign up for the primary nursing professional and technical qualification examination:

1. Obtain the professional degree of nursing and midwifery in ordinary full-time secondary schools recognized by the education and health authorities at or above the provincial level;

2. General full-time college degree in nursing and midwifery recognized by the education and health authorities at or above the provincial level;

3. Bachelor degree or above in nursing and midwifery in full-time colleges and universities recognized by the education authorities in the State Council. Candidates' registration qualifications shall be audited by the provincial health administrative department, and those who pass the examination shall be issued by the talent exchange service center of the Ministry of Health as a valid certificate for applying for nurse practice registration.
