Vocational ability evaluation

1. Candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification examination can take part in the vocational ability assessment. 2. The recruiting unit will issue the admission ticket for professional competence evaluation by e-mail five days before the professional competence evaluation (see the admission ticket for the time and place of professional competence evaluation).

3. Professional ability assessment mainly assesses the professional ability and English level of candidates. The evaluation time is 20 minutes, and the results will be announced on the spot. The score is calculated as 100, and it is calculated to two decimal places. The qualified score line of professional ability evaluation is set to 60 points, and candidates who fail to reach the qualified score line cannot be used as structured interview candidates.

Calculation of comprehensive test scores

The comprehensive test score is calculated according to the following formula: comprehensive test score = professional ability evaluation score ×50%+ structured interview score ×50%. The comprehensive score of the exam is calculated according to 100, and the score is calculated to two decimal places. The comprehensive test score is set to 60 points.

Because the comprehensive scores of a post exam are the same, the ranking is determined according to the order of professional ability evaluation results; If the evaluation results of professional competence are still the same, the ranking shall be determined according to the scoring order of the main judges in the structured interview; If the scores of the main judges in the structured interview are still the same, the recruiting unit will organize a second interview.
