What will be tested in the Shandong Bank recruitment examination?

The content and question types of bank recruitment exams are similar. The content of the campus recruitment exams of major banks every year can be roughly divided into four categories: administrative professional ability test (that is, what we usually call the professional test), English, comprehensive knowledge, personality test.

1. Professional competency test

This type of question is the most frequently asked question in bank written examinations, and it is also the most important question. It mainly includes five examination contents: language understanding, quantitative relations, judgment and reasoning, data analysis, and common sense.

2. Comprehensive knowledge

The scope of comprehensive knowledge examination includes: economics, international finance, currency and banking, accounting basics, management, marketing, economic law, computer basics, current affairs politics. Although the exam contains a lot of content, it is not very difficult and generally covers basic knowledge.

3. English

English is a part of the written test of the bank. The test content includes vocabulary and grammar, English-Chinese translation, cloze, reading comprehension and error correction, etc. The main purpose is to check the candidate's reading and writing ability. A few banks' positions involving foreign exchange business also require listening and speaking tests in addition to written tests.

4. Personality test

Every bank will have a personality test. In fact, the main purpose of taking this test is to understand whether the candidate's personality is biased and how well it matches the position. As long as the results of the personality test are not too extreme, they will not be brushed off. When answering the questions, you only need to answer the questions truthfully, so don’t worry too much.
