Jiaxing Power Plant is located in Zhapu Town, pinghu city, Zhejiang Province, adjacent to Zhapu Port in Hangzhou Bay, 90km east of Shanghai and 0/22km west of Hangzhou/KLOC-0. Its location is the most economically developed area in China, with huge demand for electricity. The third phase of the project consists of two ultra-supercritical coal-fired units with 6,543,800 kW, all of which have been put into operation, and the installed capacity of Jiaxing Power Plant has reached 5.06 million kW.
