Experience one

Today, I finally got Ernst & Young's offer, and I would like to share my experience with you here. I hope my experience will be helpful to future generations.

Ernst & Young written test:

Write a composition and choose one of the topics for 45 minutes. The following are the written test topics I know this year:

Jiaotong University:

1. Can Shanghai surpass Hong Kong to become a financial center? If so, when? Why?

2. Please talk about the significance of the 20 10 Shanghai World Expo.

Fudan:

1, China's GDP is growing rapidly and often makes headlines, but how reliable are these data?

2. Will China's real estate industry continue to prosper?

Shangwai:

1, the impact of RMB exchange rate changes on China's economy.

2. The role of investment in western development.

Personal opinion: See the meaning of the question clearly, and never write off topic. I heard that many people in the world understand the second topic as government expenditure, which is terrible. ) Try not to change it and keep the surface clean. Time is still tight. Write as much as possible, but be organized.

One side:

Interviews for senior managers usually last 20-30 minutes. (Mine is less than 15 minutes, especially meaningful)

First, chatting, the atmosphere is very relaxed.

For Chinese-> English-> Chinese.

The problem I encountered:

1。 Introduce yourself briefly.

2。 What activities did you participate in at school?

3。 What's your personality like?

4。 What is your weakness?

5。 Do you have any hobbies?

6。 Will you take the CPA exam?

Then I asked questions and asked two or three questions and it was ok. Finally, the senior manager told me that partner likes to ask questions about current affairs, so let me prepare more.

Two sides:

It's a partner interview, 20 minutes. My face is Andy. I hear it's difficult. It's true to my face. At first, I was absent-minded, looking at the computer, writing and writing, and my face was expressionless. And in the process of answering, I will constantly interrupt my train of thought and ask some doubts and key questions in the answer. I feel that he is an experienced interviewer and adopts stress interview's method. The important thing is to be calm and never lose your temper. . . During the interview, Andy and I discussed an activity in my resume. He seemed interested and gave me a lot of advice. _ Later, I came to a * * * knowledge. Finally, I had a good chat with Andy, who is actually a good partner.

He asked me questions and I answered them in English, but he didn't know much English. I asked some forgiveness questions.

The problem I encountered:

1。 What is the most difficult moment in life? After discussing this question for seven or eight minutes, I was sweating like a pig. )

2。 Why choose Ernst & Young instead of Puhua Tunnel?

3。 What's the last book you read? I said the book about the interview, and then the question came. . . )

4。 Do you think today's interview is what you expected? (pause, blabla. . . Andy smiled. I'm relieved)

5。 Your grades are so good, why don't you go abroad to study for graduate students? (I guess I saw my G and T scores and regretted writing them on my resume, crying ~ ~ ~ ~)

6。 Please comment on your performance today (blabla, Andy seems very satisfied and nods slightly, hehe).

Next, I ask questions. I don't think he asked me many questions, but how do you judge whether a person meets the standards of your company in a short time? Andy said he thought I had a good psychological quality.

Then I asked him the details of the CPA exam. I said that a senior who is two years older than me only took the exam once. Andy became alert and asked if it was Ernst & Young's. I said no, he asked which one, and I told the truth. Andy was relieved and smiled cunningly, saying that it was a good thing that he was not an employee of Ernst & Young, and it was a pity to take the exam once every two years. Then he said that he thought I could get a full CPA in two years. Later, some training and industry-related issues were discussed. When I left, Andy walked me out and said? I think you'll be fine. ? Then I thanked Ernst & Young for giving me this interview opportunity. He said not to thank Ernst & Young. It was my own strength that got me into this interview.

Personal opinion:

Interview must "be yourself", any forged or false experience will be seen through by the interviewer, and it is difficult to justify it. Think for a few seconds when you meet a question that has no answer, and don't answer it rashly. Take every word into consideration, but don't spend too much time slowing down face-to-face officials. Try not to give the face officer a loophole. Confidence is very important.

That's it. Over.

Two weeks later, I waited for Ernst & Young's quotation.

Experience 2

Yasunaga Hajime noodles

Today, in, the interviewer is Zhang Weiwei. The interview process was harmonious and there were no tricky questions. Just like chatting, I talked about my internship, hobbies, an English problem and my understanding of Ernst & Young Pepole frist. After the interview, I was sent to the lounge, where I pointed to the photos of her and her baby. Although I don't know the future, the interview experience is still very warm. I wish the students who go to the interview.

Anyonger noodles

After about 40 minutes, a fat old man in England listened kindly, asked me what major I studied, why non-professional people like to do auditing, and then asked me about my career plan in ten years (which is traditionally necessary). I said to be an excellent auditor after five years, and I may continue to work or go abroad for further study or do something else after five years. He then asked which country he most wanted to study or work in, and my answer was the United States. He asked why working in the United States is different from working in China. Then he asked me how to choose four universities, what factors would affect my choice, money, customers or culture. Let me also talk about my views on Ernst & Young's recruitment process and how it differs from the other three companies.

After he has asked, let me ask questions. I said that since we talked about a lot of culture, what do you think Ernst & Young's culture has on your work and life? He said that everyone can speak here, and there are not so many hierarchies, which is why he can stay at Ernst & Young for 19 years. He also explained that although there are more than 600 people in the Beijing Office, they are dispatched in groups of five or six at work, which is conducive to everyone's initiative. I also asked an office with nearly 100 groups, so how to achieve good communication between each group? He blabla talked about many examples of training and job flexibility.

Finally, I asked him how Ernst & Young's operation in China market was different from the other three. He said that while recruiting outstanding graduates, Ernst & Young is also actively acquiring domestic small and medium-sized firms to gain the local network they bring, and Ernst & Young will provide them with opportunities for internationalization.

Finally, tell me to make an offer in mid-June, 5438+February, and send me to the door very gentlemanly, shaking hands and saying goodbye. The whole process is friendly and relaxed, from the partner to the human resources manager to the front desk, which is very considerate.

Experience 3

Ernst & Young Interview, Nanjing Interview

The whole interview process lasted about half an hour. There are two interviewers in two rooms, a man and a woman, both senior managers. The interview takes a one-on-one form. When you arrive, JJ from the personnel department will take you to the interview room. A lady named Grace interviewed me.

The interview is divided into two parts, the first part is English and the second part is Chinese.

English part:

First, Grace introduces herself, and then let me introduce myself in English, and keep it within one minute. After the introduction, she asked me some things mentioned in the introduction and talked for a few minutes. Then, she gave me three topics: 1, e &;; Y's people-oriented culture, 2. Career planning 3. I want you to give a short speech on any topic. I can give you a minute to prepare, but I have prepared all these questions in advance, so I chose career planning to give a speech directly to blabla. Next, she seemed to ask some other questions, which I can't remember clearly. Then she finished speaking English and entered China time.

China part:

Mainly asked about some activities of the school community, what is the biggest gain, the position, role, difficulties and challenges in the activities, let you give an example, and then she will ask. Then I asked some questions about the internship, and asked me what I gained the most, and so on. Then ask me about my previous experience or gains and how to apply them to my future work. After asking questions about her resume, she began to ask why she was interested in accounting firms and how much she knew (fortunately, she made preparations in advance. If she is not an accounting major, it will be helpful to know something in advance. Next, she assumes a situation at work: if you cooperate well with a customer at work, but the customer complains to your boss afterwards, how do you deal with this situation (there are many ways to answer this question)

Finally, she asked me how I knew about their company and how I knew it, and asked my classmates how they felt about their company. Just answer these questions according to the actual situation Then she will ask you what questions you want to ask her. This is a good opportunity to show your interest and concern for the company. You should be prepared in advance. I asked two questions and then listened to her nonsense.

That's about it. Everything is going well. JJ is very good. As long as you keep calm and confident in the process, slow down your speech and keep eye contact with the interviewer from time to time, it will be ok.

Be yourself and be confident!

On the one hand, it seems that the results will not be notified until the interviews in Nanjing are all over and the partners have time to decide (maybe the partners will come to Nanjing, but they haven't decided yet:), so it is estimated that it will take some time.

Well, I wish all the students who have never met each other well and good luck to everyone!

Experience 4

Ernst & Young Tour, Interview with Ernst & Young

Originally scheduled for 2: 30, it's almost 3: 00 now. During the period, I casually strolled around the office building and found that the working conditions were simply. . . . . The space is very small. There are several long tables, which are made by many girls. Everyone has a notebook, so there is only a little space, and what others show on their monitors is unobstructed. . . . . I feel that there are more girls and fewer male employees in EY. An employee told me that they often travel, so it is not suitable to arrange fixed seats, and there are more and more people and the space is expensive. In short, the working environment of ordinary employees is not very good.

The senior manager has his own office, and it is not spacious. The cupboard is full of things and looks messy. Later, a manager interviewed me. The interview was all English chat. It was simple at first. Introduce yourself. Then he said that he had read my resume and had no doubt about my technical background. Later, he asked me how much I knew about EY. When I was almost finished, I said that there were several vacancies and the project was tight. Ask me which one I am interested in. The personal feeling process is that the manager has been introducing those departments, and there is no special problem.

Experience five

I was moved by the interview with Yongan.

I remember Ernst & Young's HR said this at the written test site. Be yourself and you will succeed. I took photos and received a notice from Ernst & Young. On the one hand, the manager is gentle and friendly. Let's discuss why sometimes resumes can't pass. Finally, we agreed that only God knows. When we went out, the manager walked me to the door and opened it for me. It was really touching. The partner on the other side is from Hong Kong. From the beginning, he chatted with me as an elder. He is very kind. It's my turn to ask him a question about Ernst & Young's future development plan. He told me patiently for five minutes, which really made me feel that Ernst & Young's development was immeasurable. After the interview, I received an offer two weeks later.
