Economic investigation of Gaoshan town

Gaoshan Town is rich in coal, limestone, kaolin and other mineral resources, as well as land, labor and pasture resources, of which the proven reserves of high-quality raw coal are 60 million tons and limestone is 200 million cubic meters, which provides great potential for the rapid development of alpine economy. Relying on the advantages of resources, Shangshan Town has vigorously developed coal mining and processing, cement production, building materials industry and deep processing of grass, animal husbandry and fruit, and initially formed an industrial development pattern of deep processing of coal, cement, building materials and grass, animal husbandry and fruit. We continued to optimize the industrial layout of mining areas and township construction, and successively built three coal mining areas, 1 building materials industrial area and two commercial areas, initially forming an integrated layout of "industrial dislocation, cluster development and outstanding functions" between mining enterprises and township construction. Since 2002, 5,000 mu of high-quality forest-grass intercropping base,15,000 mu of high-quality wheat base, 3,000 mu of high-quality tobacco leaf production base, 2,500 mu of high-quality oil sunflower base and10,000 mu of Chinese herbal medicine production base have been gradually built. At present, there are 7 professional breeding companies, 3 breeding communities, more than 2,000 professional farmers, 70% of farmers are engaged in projects, and 6,000 households are driven by leading enterprises, accounting for more than 72% of the total number of farmers. The pattern of agricultural industrialization has initially taken shape. In August 2009, Luoyang Jackie Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. was established in Zhengcun with a registered capital of130,000 yuan, covering an area of more than 500 mu. At present, it has 10,000 pig farms, starch processing plants and scattered chicken farms, mainly engaged in characteristic breeding, planting and deep processing of agricultural and sideline products. It is a comprehensive R&D series enterprise integrating deep processing and aquaculture. The tertiary industry is booming, and services such as warehousing, logistics and catering driven by specialized markets have become new highlights for farmers to increase their income. Through the release of migrant workers' information, skills training and intermediary services, migrant workers are guided to flow in an orderly manner, which improves farmers' ability to choose jobs and become rich, and makes the labor economy a new economic growth point.
