First, the advantages of port resources: the port is the biggest advantage of Caofeidian's development. Caofeidian's deep-water coastline is 69.5 kilometers, the water depth in front of the island is 25 meters, and the water depth in the deep trough is 36 meters, which is the lowest point in the Bohai Sea. 2. Advantages of gas resources: In the future, an LNG receiving station with annual throughput of100000 tons will be built in Caofeidian Port Area (in the long term). At present, the Tangshan LNG project with a total investment of 5.5 billion yuan is stepping up. After the completion of the project, Caofeidian New District will have sufficient gas resources, which can be directly transported to gas-using enterprises through pipelines, which can not only ensure the gas demand of enterprises, but also reduce the production cost of enterprises.

Power advantage: It has a power supply scale with a total installed capacity of 4.6 million kilowatts. At present, the first phase of 2× 300,000 kW cogeneration unit has been put into production, and the second phase of 2× 1 10,000 kW ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating unit is in the preliminary work. In order to fully release the advantages of electric power enterprises, Caofeidian New District is applying to the state for a pilot project of direct power supply for enterprises. After successful application, it will further reduce the production cost of power enterprises and greatly improve economic benefits.

4. Land advantage: Caofeidian New District has a vast tidal flat with an area of 1000 square kilometers, of which the existing land in the industrial zone is 2 10 square kilometers, which can provide sufficient land for the layout of port industries, the development of port logistics trade and urban development and construction, and has a price advantage that other development zones at the same level in China do not have.

In the future, relying on the advantages of Caofeidian Port, such as complete categories, strong throughput, high opening level and many preferential policies, the park will focus on building a collection and distribution port and a trading port for bulk goods such as energy and ore, a commercial energy reserve base, and a trading center for goods such as coal, wood, steel, ore, renewable resources and gas, and gradually form an advanced technology, logistics integration and informationization, which has Caofeidian characteristics and has reached the international advanced level.

Steel (Power) Park: The planned area is 46.8 square kilometers. At present, the park has implemented 42 projects with a total investment of 654.38+60 million yuan. Among them, Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Plant Phase I, Caofeidian Akeling 50,000 tons/day seawater desalination, 22 nd Metallurgical Steel Structure Manufacturing and other projects have been completed and put into operation. In the future, we will focus on developing circular economy industrial chain clusters led by steel, electric power, seawater desalination and other industries, build two circular economy industrial chains led by Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel United Co., Ltd., China Resources Power (Tangshan Caofeidian) Co., Ltd. and Beijing Water Group, and gradually form a new circular economy industrial park with efficient and comprehensive utilization of resources and energy.

Chemical Industrial Park: The initial planned area is 29.8 square kilometers, and the long-term planned area is 86 square kilometers. At present, the park has implemented five projects with a total investment of 26.277 billion yuan. Among them, Sinopec100000-ton oil refining project is carrying out preliminary work. Relying on the advantages of deep-water port, the development of the park will gradually form a comprehensive industrial system with large-scale oil refining as the main body, export-oriented integration as the industrial feature, new chemical materials and special chemicals as the product features, supported by carbon chemical industry, salt chemical industry and chemical logistics, and gradually build a large petrochemical industrial base near the port, an oil and gas storage and transportation center around Bohai Sea, a chemical trade distribution center facing the economic hinterland of North China and radiating the western region.

Equipment manufacturing park: the planned area is 27.24 square kilometers, and the coastline is 15 kilometers. At present, the park has implemented 4/kloc-0 projects, with a total investment of nearly 50 billion yuan. Huadian Caofeidian Heavy Industry Equipment Manufacturing Base, PetroChina Bohai Bay Production Support Base, Jidong Ri Zhang Energy-saving Fan Manufacturing and other projects have been completed and put into operation; Jidong shield stone machinery manufacturing, wind power generation equipment manufacturing, Tangshan heavy equipment manufacturing and other projects are stepping up construction; Wenfeng imported wood processing, Baichuan modern industrial service, Dongfeng Caofeidian automobile manufacturing and other projects have started construction. In the future, relying on deep-water ports and high-quality steel bases, we will focus on developing advanced equipment manufacturing industries such as shipbuilding, port machinery, oil drilling and mining, metallurgical equipment, construction machinery, mining machinery, automobiles, power generation equipment and heavy steel structures, and gradually build a large-scale port equipment manufacturing base in the northern coastal areas of China.

Comprehensive Bonded Zone: The planned area is 10 square kilometer, and the coastline is 3.3 kilometers long. At present, the park has implemented 8 projects/kloc-0, with a total investment of 3.4 billion yuan. Among them, six projects, including international fur clothing city project, wood-plastic board export processing base project, automobile and luggage international logistics project, Jiaxiang logistics base project, Jiahui (Tangshan) international logistics base project, ceramic machinery (accessories) and ceramic products import and export base project, will start construction before the end of May 20 12, with a total investment of16.7 billion yuan; Fang Shuo logistics center project, touch screen R&D, production and distribution center project, Shougang imported equipment storage and import and export goods project, and international alcoholic food exhibition and trading center project will also start construction in succession this year. Emerging Industrial Park: Located in Tangshan Bay Eco-city, the park focuses on developing new energy, new materials, optoelectronics, mechatronics, information, biology, aerospace and other industries to create new competitive advantages in Caofeidian.

China-Japan Ecological Park: With a planned area of 60 square kilometers, it will focus on developing low-emission high-tech industries such as energy conservation and environmental protection. At present, the framework of 8 square kilometers "three horizontal and two vertical" trunk road network in the starting area has been formed, and supporting facilities such as water, electricity, communication and greening have been followed up simultaneously; Nearly 6.5438 million square meters of high-tech enterprise accelerators, incubators, energy-saving and environmental protection industrial parks, photoelectric industrial parks and other main buildings are being stepped up. At present, there are 16 projects, with a total investment of1290 million yuan and a completed investment of10/300,000 yuan. Among them, a number of large projects such as Zhongheng Technology Solar Cell, Hengyuan Industrial Building Plate Production Base and Renchuang Sand Industrial Base have been completed and put into operation.
