Li Changyou, a native of Xianyang, Shaanxi, was born in 1950. Judge of national senior culinary technician, doctor of traditional Chinese medicine. He has participated in many international seminars on food culture, health care and nutrition in China, published dozens of papers at home and abroad, edited a set of Shaanxi Food Service Series Textbooks (one of the editors), and participated in the compilation of more than 20 books such as China's famous recipes and Shaanxi flavor. In cooking education, a large number of practical nutrition chefs and service talents have been trained. Because of his outstanding achievements and deeds, he was included in the encyclopedia of experts in China and the list of famous chefs in China. He is currently the Deputy Secretary-General of Shaanxi Food Culture Research Association, the director of Shaanxi Cuisine Association, and the appraiser of Shaanxi chefs' promotion.
