Announcement on the employment of civil servants in the public examination in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in 2023?

According to the Civil Servant Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Regulations on the Employment of Civil Servants and other laws and regulations, and in accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection, in 2023, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region recruited 43 18 civil servants through public examinations, referring to the staff of the civil servant law management unit.

The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Application conditions

1. has People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality.

2. At least 18 years old and above, 35 years old and below (the age is calculated as of the first day of registration).

These include:

(1) The age of new master's and doctoral students (non-working) who apply for local (state, city) and above positions can be relaxed to 40 years old and below.

(2) The age of fresh master's and doctoral students (non-in-service) who apply for positions in counties (cities, districts) and below can be relaxed to 45 years old and below.

And the socialist system, and has a clear-cut stand and a firm stand on issues of right and wrong such as safeguarding the reunification of the motherland, national unity and social stability.

4. Have good political quality and moral conduct.

5. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally.

6. Have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the post.

7. Generally, college degree or above is required.

8. Have other qualifications required by the proposed position.

Persons who apply for administrative penalty decision review, administrative reconsideration, administrative ruling, legal adviser and other positions. Engaged in the work of administrative organs should obtain legal professional qualifications.

Spouses and children of servicemen stationed in Xinjiang, all kinds of state workers working in Xinjiang counties and townships, cadres aiding Xinjiang, and Xinjiang household registration personnel can be regarded as the household registration where the related person works, and can apply for positions specifically aimed at Xinjiang household registration (source of students) or local household registration (source of students); College student volunteers and "three supports and one support" personnel serving in Xinjiang (at least 6 months for those with a service period of 1 year and at least 12 months for those with a service period of 2 years) can be regarded as the household registration of the place of service.

If the recruitment position clearly requires grassroots work experience, the applicants must have corresponding grassroots work experience.

Grassroots work experience refers to the party organizations of counties (cities, districts, banners), townships (towns, streets) and villages (communities) or the party and government organs of village (neighborhood) committees, as well as various enterprises and institutions (excluding those managed by referring to the Civil Service Law).

Working experience in military regiments and units below equivalent regiments, and active service experience of retired military soldiers can be regarded as grassroots work experience.

The starting time of grassroots work experience is determined according to the Opinions on Defining the Starting Time of grassroots work experience in Civil Service Examination (No.59 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2010]).

The deadline for calculating relevant qualifications is the first day of admission.

Servicemen, non-fresh graduates and on-the-job civil servants who are studying, and the staff of the management unit referring to the Civil Service Law are not allowed to apply for the exam.

Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, those who have been expelled from China's * * * Party membership, those who have been expelled from public office, those who have been listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty according to law, those who have not been dealt with because of violations of discipline and discipline in civil service recruitment, those who have been dismissed by civil service management units for less than five years with reference to the Civil Service Law, those who have resigned for less than three years during the recruitment of civil servants by grass-roots political and legal organs, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to law may not apply for the exam.

Second, the timing.

Third, the examination procedure

The examination procedures mainly include: registration, preliminary qualification examination, written examination, qualification examination, interview, physical fitness assessment (people's police position), physical examination, inspection, publicity, employment and so on.

After the written examination, Selected Graduates's admission procedure will be notified separately.

Before publicity, the vacancies in each link will be filled in order of the total score from high to low.

The competent department of civil servants in the autonomous region shall organize supplementary recruitment in a timely manner according to actual needs.

(1) Registration and prequalification

1. Registration method

Registration takes the form of online registration and on-site registration.

The requirements of post specialty are based on the latest edition of the Catalogue of Higher Education Discipline Specialty of the national education administrative department (Annex 2).

Applicants must refer to the job list according to the professional name indicated on the graduation certificate, and select the position that meets their academic qualifications and professional conditions corresponding to the latest catalogue of higher education disciplines of the Ministry of Education.

(1) Register online.

The specific measures are published on the website of Xinjiang Personnel Testing Center (/www.xjrsks.com.cn).

The publicity period is 5 working days.

Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. If it is found that candidates do not meet the qualifications in all aspects of recruitment, they will be disqualified in accordance with relevant regulations.

(10) Employment

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problem does not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled; Reflect the problems affecting employment and find evidence, and will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the employment will be suspended until a certain period of time before deciding whether to hire.

After the expiration of the publicity period, according to the relevant laws and regulations, the personnel to be hired voluntarily terminate the employment contract and labor contract signed with the original unit, otherwise they will not be hired.

According to "People's Republic of China (PRC) Civil Servant Law" and "Measures for Initial Training of Civil Servants (Trial)" (Zhong Zheng Fa [202 1]No.1), newly recruited civil servants are required to participate in initial training, which is the content of the assessment after the probation period.

Four. Supervision, discipline and other requirements

(a) local (state, city) civil service departments and autonomous region recruitment agencies (units) must strengthen the supervision of civil service examination and recruitment discipline.
