Do you need an mba to go to a consulting company?

There are three channels to enter the management consulting company:

1. Social recruitment, 2. MBA recruitment, 3. School recruitment (Ben Shuobo)

The ratio of MBA recruitment to consulting companies is about 1/4. Generally speaking, if you are working now, give priority to social recruitment channels. But if the social channels are not enough, such as the school itself is not good enough, or the work experience lacks direct business-related experience, then the top MBA is a supplementary channel.
