Recruitment conditions of Caofeidian primary school teachers
1. Abide by the Constitution and laws.
2. Have good conduct.
3. Adapt to the physical conditions required by the post.
4. Age requirement: under 35 years old (born after1981July 3 1).
5. Household registration requirements: it should have Xinyang urban household registration (i.e. Pingqiao District, Shihe District, Yangshan New District, Xinyang Industrial City, Shangtianti Management District, Nanwanhu Scenic Area and Jigongshan Management District) or urban household registration source (referring to Xinyang urban household registration, but the household registration of full-time colleges and universities has not been transferred back to personnel at present); College graduates who have passed the service assessment of the "three supports and one support" plan in Pingqiao District (not employed in Pingqiao District), on-the-job college student village cadres who have participated in the "college student village cadres" plan in Pingqiao District and worked in the countryside for more than 2 years, full-time undergraduate graduates are not subject to household registration restrictions.
6. Education, major and qualification requirements: Teachers applying for rural primary schools must have junior college education or above or graduated from full-time normal secondary schools with the first degree, and have primary school or above teacher qualification certificates (those applying for sports, music and art positions must have corresponding professional teacher qualification certificates).
7. Meet the professional requirements required for the post.

(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination:
1, who has been punished for a crime and has been expelled from public office or student status;
2, by the party discipline, political discipline has not been lifted or is being investigated for violation of law and discipline;
3. Servicemen, civil servants or new recruits in institutions during the probation period, and students in ordinary colleges and universities;
4. If it is found that there are serious violations of employing discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants or institutions at all levels, it is impossible to apply;
5. Civil servants or staff of public institutions have been dismissed for less than 5 years, and they are not allowed to apply according to laws, regulations and policies;
