Chaozhou No.1 Radio Component Factory was established to produce carbon film resistors and resistive ceramic substrates.

1980 changed its name to local state-owned Chaozhou wireless electric porcelain factory, producing resistive ceramic substrates, electron tube sockets, photosensitive and thermistor.

1984 imported the whole process production line of foreign resistors and resistive ceramics and put it into production.

1985 imported foreign resistor cap production line and put it into production, supporting various specifications of resistor products.

1997, the alumina ceramic substrate production line was put into production, becoming the only enterprise in China that produces ceramic substrates for chip resistors.

1997 Guangdong electronic ceramic engineering technology research and development center was established by relying on Sanhuan group.
