Civil affairs, finance and other departments timely studied and issued policies related to the transition period, and the disaster-stricken areas actively sent party member cadres to villages and households to carry out ideological education for the masses, psychological counseling after the earthquake and investigation of contradictions and disputes.

In view of the employment problems concerned by the affected people, the disaster-stricken areas have strengthened the docking with twin cities in the province, provided more than 7,900 job information, and will hold a special job fair in the near future to mobilize the affected people to participate in emergency rescue, disaster management and rural road construction. Do everything possible to broaden the channels of employment and income increase for the masses.

The headquarters meeting pointed out that restoration and reconstruction will be combined with ecological environment protection, tourism industry upgrading, poverty alleviation and building a well-off society in an all-round way, inheriting national culture and improving the level of infrastructure, with emphasis on ecological restoration and protection, disaster prevention, scenic spot restoration and industrial development, infrastructure and public service reconstruction, and urban and rural housing reconstruction.
