Wa Bao Yanrong 3 18 is a very powerful figure.

Bao, nicknamed 3 18, originally from Zhenkang County, China, was born in 1963 and joined in 1984. He once participated in the famous "August 8th" Uprising, and later he performed well in many battles and became a Wa state.

Wa, also known as the second special zone of Myanmar, is located in the northeast of Myanmar, adjacent to Yunnan Province of China, with an area of about 30,000 square kilometers.
