According to the spirit of "Implementation Measures of Henan Provincial Public Security Organs for Unified Examination and Recruitment of People's Police (Trial)", the Provincial Personnel Department and the Provincial Public Security Department decided to recruit 2,111 people's police for public security organs in Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Anyang, Jiaozuo, Hebi, Sanmenxia, Nanyang and Jiyuan and Henan Public Security College (teacher position) through unified examination. 1. Scope of application

(1) Graduates who graduated from junior college or above in 21, 22 and 23 and have not yet been employed in the national plan of ordinary colleges and universities nationwide; Graduates who graduated in 2 and have not yet been employed are recruited in the national plan of Henan Public Security College.

(2) Unemployed graduates who graduated from technical secondary schools in 21, 22 and 23, recruited by the national plans of Zhengzhou, Kaifeng and Luoyang People's Police Schools, Henan Judicial School, Henan Judicial Police School and Henan Procuratorial School; Graduates from Zhengzhou, Kaifeng and Luoyang People's Police Schools who graduated in 2 and have not yet been employed are recruited in the national plan.

The majors of applicants are set for some positions in this police recruitment. The main professional categories are public security, secretarial work, telecommunications, finance and economics, and computers. The public security category includes law, public security management, public security science, investigation, traffic management, political security, criminal technology (including medicine and chemistry) and other related majors. Secretarial subjects include Chinese, news, history, philosophy, sociology, ideology and politics, administration and other related majors; Telecommunications includes electronics, radio waves, information dissemination, information engineering and other related majors; Finance and economics include finance and taxation, finance, economy and trade, accounting, auditing and other related majors; Computer science includes computer application, office automation, applied mathematics, applied physics and other related majors.

Second, the conditions for applying for the exam

(1) Persons who meet the following qualifications can apply for the exam: 1. They support the party's line, principles and policies and are politically firm and reliable; 2, law-abiding, good conduct; 3. Love public security work and volunteer to devote themselves to public security; 4. The facial features are correct, and the physical conditions meet the physical examination standards of the people's police. Special posts can be appropriately relaxed; 5, in line with the requirements of the relevant conditions.

(2) Those who are under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply for the exam: 1. Those who have been subjected to criminal punishment, reeducation through labor, and juvenile discipline; 2, subject to party discipline, political discipline, punishment period is not full; 3. Being under review for making mistakes; 4. Among the lineal blood relatives and collateral blood relatives who have a great influence on me, there are those who have been sentenced to death, are serving sentences, are engaged in activities to subvert China's political power at home and abroad, or are backbone members of cult organizations such as "* * * *"; 5. Others do not meet the conditions for hiring the people's police.

iii. Examination recruitment procedures

(1) Registration: 1. Registration time: October 8-12, 23. 2. Registration place: Registration points are set up in the cities under the jurisdiction of the province, Jiyuan City and Henan Public Security College, which are responsible for the registration of candidates for positions in the cities under the jurisdiction of the province and Jiyuan City and Henan Public Security College respectively. 3. Registration method: Applicants should choose a position to register according to the published position (see attached table) and their major (my major should meet the professional category required for the position). Applicants should register at the registration point where they apply for the position with graduation certificate, ID card, employment registration certificate (or agreement stamped by the graduate distribution department of their school), employment certificate issued by the graduate employment department at or above the county level (one copy each after verification) and 8 recent bareheaded one-inch photos with the same edition. Fill in the relevant forms at the time of registration and pay the registration examination fee as required. If the ratio of the number of applicants to the positions to be hired is less than 3:1, the positions will be hired progressively; If the proportion is still not reached after the decline, the position will not be recruited and the examination fee paid by the applicant will be refunded. Candidates who have passed the qualification examination will receive the admission ticket at the registration point on October 23.

(2) written test: 1. The written test includes basic knowledge of public security, aptitude test of administrative profession and basic knowledge of public security, with full marks of 1. The basic knowledge of public affairs includes Marxist philosophy, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important thought of "Theory of Three Represents", the basic knowledge of socialist market economy and WTO, law, administrative management, official document writing and processing, current affairs, etc. The main reference book is Basic Knowledge of Public Affairs (compiled by Henan Personnel Testing Center and published by China Personnel Publishing House, July 23); The administrative professional aptitude test mainly tests the ability of quantitative relationship, judgment and reasoning, common sense, language understanding and application, data analysis and so on. The reference book is "Administrative Professional Ability Orientation Test" (approved by the Civil Service Management Department of the Ministry of Personnel, published by China Railway Publishing House, April 22); Basic knowledge of public security includes basic theory of public security and professional knowledge of public security. The reference book is Basic Knowledge of Public Security (edited by the Political Department of the Ministry of Public Security, published by People's Public Security University of China Press, February 23). 2. The written test will be held from October 25th to 26th. On the 25th, the basic knowledge of public security was tested at 8: 3-11: am, and the basic knowledge of public security was tested at 14: 3-17: pm. On the 26th, from 8: 3am to 1: 3am, the administrative professional aptitude test was taken. 3. The written test is held in Zhengzhou. When taking the exam, applicants must bring the admission ticket and official ID card. 4. Calculation method of written test score: written test score = public basic knowledge score × 35%+administrative professional aptitude test score × 25%+public security basic knowledge score ×4%.

(3) interview: according to the written test scores of the candidates and the positions they apply for, the interviewer is determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 3 of the positions to be hired. The interview adopts a structured interview method, with a full score of 1. The specific requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the Interim Provisions on the Interview of People's Police by Public Security Organs issued by the Ministry of Public Security. Some positions with strong professionalism can be added with professional skills, with a full score of 1 points. The interview score of the applicants with additional professional skills = structured interview score × 6%+professional skills score ×4%.

(4) total score calculation method: total score of applicants = written test score × 6%+interview score ×4%. Applicants who fail to achieve a full score of 5% in public knowledge, administrative professional aptitude test, public security basic knowledge, structured interview and professional skills will not be hired.

(5) physical examination: according to the total scores of applicants and the types of positions they apply for, the physical examination personnel are determined from high scores to low scores according to the ratio of 1: 2 positions to be hired. The specific standards and methods of physical examination shall be implemented according to the "Physical Examination Items and Standards for People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs" issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Public Security.

(6) assessment and political examination: for those who have passed the medical examination, the assessment and political examination personnel shall be determined according to the total scores of the applicants and the positions to be applied for, and the positions to be hired shall be graded from high to low. The examination and political examination shall be carried out according to the Interim Provisions on Examination and Political Examination of People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs issued by the Ministry of Public Security. Job vacancies caused by unqualified assessment and political examination can be filled from qualified personnel in the order of high score to low score according to the total score of applicants.

(7) examination and employment approval: those who pass the examination and political examination are identified as candidates to be employed, and the employment procedures shall be handled after being examined and approved by the relevant departments according to the management authority.
