Then we went in a group, 14 people in a room, facing three examiners. The examiner will separate the first half from the other half and divide them into two groups in the order you enter. First, the examiner will introduce himself first. Then he will let each member of each group introduce themselves step by step. We are: seven people, four minutes, about 35 seconds each. After introducing yourself in the previous session, the interviewer will ask you to choose a leader for each group and give the group a name. And explain the origin of this name, just a brief introduction, not too fancy. Say what comes to mind. This won't affect your impression, but be sure to make it clear. Then I entered other projects.

Then after this round, I entered the most tangled link. First, I discuss it in groups. In five minutes, I discussed the two best performers and the two worst performers in this group. Then the team leader stated the reasons in a unified way. Then, if you are the team leader at this time, please remember to express clearly and don't criticize your classmates, because he is your partner anyway, and Huawei hates this kind of intra-group attack. You just need to state what this classmate did badly. Then there is a similar link after this link, which is to choose the best two and the worst two for the other team. The requirements are the same as above, because although you are two groups, you are also colleagues of Huawei, so you can evaluate objectively, without subjective factors, and avoid sharp and passionate words.

It's already half past one when I come back from dinner. After a short rest, at about three o'clock, we finally got the news from each other. The second side is the business side. If the major is strongly related, then you must be prepared for the relevant professional knowledge. If you are a non-related major, you should also prepare some professional-related materials, because the interviewer will ask you some basic questions, such as TCP/IP model, and then some basic knowledge, such as OSI model, UDP protocol, DHCP, DNS, TCP three-way handshake and so on. But I think in fact, in this process, I have a better solution, that is, tell the leader first, and then ask others for help. Because there is a time reuse in this process, if you tell the leader, then the leader can take action immediately instead of waiting for you to make a phone call to announce it. There is a deviation of several minutes in this time. Maybe you missed a chance to save it in these few minutes.
After resting in the comprehensive interview waiting area for about half an hour. Called to the comprehensive interview area by a young lady. This time, the interviewer looks very friendly, and I feel better, because after the first two rounds of interviews, I feel that my mentality has been adjusted and I can adapt to such a workplace recruitment atmosphere. The interviewer also asked me the question that I like running in my self-introduction. He asked me about my pace and average pace, which moved me very much. On the contrary, this last side doesn't pay special attention to the project, because he knows that all the projects you wrote before have been asked. In the second interview, the interviewer may have written your information online and he saw it. So this round, or every round, you must be very sincere, and your words must be clear and give people a positive image. At the same time, my suggestion is to wear a formal coat even in hot weather, because wearing a shirt is not a formal suit, which I asked the boss of a suit shop. After the comprehensive interview, I have a hunch that I should have passed. Sure enough, the interviewer asked me to do an English test! But I didn't expect my reputation to be ruined. Now I think about my English. It's not rubbish. In a word, say a paragraph in the first four seconds, pause in the middle four seconds and say a paragraph in the last four seconds. Two different tenses are used. Sometimes words are hard to learn.
In the process of English assessment, in the first round, you look at five sentences (one by one, one for 20 seconds) and then read them sentence by sentence.
