First of all, I want to explain that there are no formal employees in state-owned enterprises, only formal employees and informal employees, that is, dispatched workers and contract employees. If you want to become a formal employee, you can mainly achieve it through the following three ways:
01. Open recruitment
Becoming a formal employee of a state-owned enterprise through open recruitment is the most effective way. A common way. Every year in spring and autumn recruitment, major state-owned enterprises will go to some excellent colleges and universities for open recruitment. The better state-owned enterprises have stricter requirements for colleges and universities. Good state-owned enterprises will basically only go to 985 and 211 colleges and universities for recruitment. Under normal circumstances, ordinary universities are not included in their recruitment plans.
I am a 2018 graduate and have been working for more than three years. 02. Social recruitment
Some state-owned enterprises will recruit talents that meet their own development needs from time to time, but the recruitment requirements are relatively strict. Normally required academic qualifications are postgraduate or above. Some state-owned enterprises will also require you to obtain relevant certificates so that you can compete for positions.
For social recruitment, although it is aimed at the public, it can be said that there are very few people who can really meet the recruitment conditions. Because they generally need top talents with strong professional skills, I don’t recommend this method. (Except those with strong abilities)
03. Placement personnel
In the past, there were still a lot of placement personnel, especially in state-owned enterprises. The main targets of resettlement personnel are veterans. Because they have made certain contributions to the country, they are allowed to be resettled and given good treatment.
Normally, there are only three ways to enter a state-owned enterprise. For ordinary people, I think they should apply for state-owned enterprises through open recruitment, and the probability of doing so will be relatively high. Social recruitment and placement have relatively strict requirements, and it is difficult for ordinary people to meet the relevant conditions.
