What should I do if the excavator burns oil?

Common causes of engine oil combustion failure in modern excavators;

(1) The air filter of the excavator was too dirty to be cleaned in time;

(2) The oil used by the excavator is wrong, or the quality of the oil used is too poor, which is inconsistent with the excavator model;

(3) air leakage of the excavator engine;

(4) Oil seal of turbocharger of excavator is damaged;

(5) There is something wrong with the engine;

(6) Piston ring alignment;

(7) The fourth excavator has problems and needs to be replaced;

(8) Insufficient air intake;

(9) Poor atomization of fuel injection pump, incorrect oil supply time, damaged fuel injection nozzle, etc.

(10) Engine valve clearance is too large or too small.

In addition, the oil pump of excavator is usually calibrated after the engine burning failure of excavator. If there is nothing wrong with the oil pump, check whether the oil pipe of the excavator leaks oil, whether the air filter of the excavator is dirty, and whether there is a problem with turbocharging. You can also replace the four sets of excavators first.
