You can check the movie card query column on the website, or call the customer service hotline to help you manually check the balance in the card.

Exchange method:

1. offline redemption: swipe your card at the cinema ticket office within the coverage of resources, select movies, shows and seats, and you can redeem movie tickets for admission;

2. Online redemption: log in to the movie-buying official website, select the "online reservation" function to make an online reservation, and pick up the ticket at the terminal within the coverage of the resources with an appointment SMS to enter the movie;
