What did you experience in the interview?

Once, after I submitted my resume online, I made an appointment for an interview at 9 am. I'm early 15 minutes. The front desk said that the personnel were busy and asked me to wait. I just waited and waited until 10, and the front desk didn't inform me of the interview. I finally couldn't help asking at the front desk. The front desk said that the personnel might not come to work, so I had to make another appointment, and suddenly my heart was in chaos. Why didn't you say so when I came? If I hadn't asked for a second time, I wouldn't have to wait there all day!
