Article 10 The highest authority of this social organization is the general meeting of members, and its functions and powers are:

Chapter three. membership

Article 7. Members of this association are divided into group members and individual members. Chapter IV, Organization

(3) Examining and approving the appointment of the honorary president;

Article 20. The main person in charge of the association is over the maximum working age, and can only serve after being approved by the board of directors, audited by the competent business department and approved by the registration authority of the association.

Article 21. The term of office of the president, vice-president and secretary-general of the Association is three years, and they may be re-elected, but the longest term may not exceed two terms. If it is necessary to extend the term of office due to special circumstances, it must be voted by more than two-thirds of the members' representatives at the members' congress, reported to the competent business unit for review, and approved by the registration and management authority of the association before taking office.

Article 22. The President of this Association is the legal representative of this Association.

Article 23. The President of this Association shall exercise the following powers:

Chapter V, Funds

Article 25. Sources of funds:

(2) government funding;

II. General rules

Article 1: Caring volunteer community is a non-profit organization which is composed of advanced caring people with social responsibility and social service consciousness, and realizes self-growth and gives back to society. The caring volunteer community is a platform for providing services and extensive exchanges for caring people. As volunteers, we help people around us who need help, contribute our strength and realize our self-worth from it.

Article 2: The caring volunteer community adheres to the volunteer spirit of "dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress" and the work style of "unity, enthusiasm, pragmatism and innovation". Through various forms of volunteer service activities, give full play to the knowledge advantages and skills of participants to give back to the society and grow up in the activities.
