What are the written recruitment tests of major banks?

There is no national unified test for written bank exams, so the types, quantity and difficulty of written bank exams will be slightly different, but the test contents can be roughly divided into four categories: EPI, comprehensive knowledge, English and career evaluation.

①EPI (full name: general employment quality assessment)

Questions: logical reasoning, numerical operation, speech comprehension, thinking strategy, data analysis.

EPI is similar to the line test, but it is much simpler than the line test of the civil service exam (it is still necessary to prepare well, and the elimination rate of written test is about 2: 1 or 3: 1).

The proportion of questions in bank written test is generally between 25% and 65%. On the whole, the average proportion of EPI is greater than that of comprehensive knowledge and English. It can be seen that the importance of EPI in the written test of banks! Among them, the questions that focus on the candidates' language expression ability, understanding ability and logical reasoning ability belong to EPI liberal arts, and the questions that focus on the candidates' thinking ability, observation ability, analysis ability and calculation ability belong to EPI science.

On the whole, the proportion of EPI science in bank examination is greater than that of EPI liberal arts. Among them, in the written tests of Agricultural Bank, Bank of Communications and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, the proportion of EPI science is about twice that of EPI liberal arts.

In the written tests of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank and Agricultural Development Bank, the proportion of EPI liberal arts and EPI science is basically the same.

② Comprehensive knowledge

Examination questions: economics, international finance, monetary banking, accounting foundation, management, marketing, economic law, computer foundation, current affairs and politics.

Among them, economics, accounting, money and banking, computer and economic law are the key points of assessment and the top priority of examination review. It is suggested that friends must review early.

Economic and financial candidates should also understand current political hotspots and combine professional knowledge.

③ English

Different banks have different English questions, but reading accounts for the largest proportion in the exams in recent years.

Familiarize yourself with the exams of the banks you have taken, review your English in spare time, pay attention to business, finance, workplace, banks, Internet and other aspects, and deliberately improve the speed of doing the questions.

④ Occupational evaluation

Generally, it is not included in the total written test score, but it will be judged whether the candidate is suitable for bank work according to the test situation.
