I am a machinist. I started doing it just because I liked it. I like it very much when I see many machining companies making an iron piece so delicately. But now many young people don't like it because there are more attractive industries to do it. Regardless of whether he can succeed, they have seen someone succeed. In addition, families are wealthier than in the past and there is less pressure, so they don’t want their children to work too hard. Many families have only one child, and they don’t want their children to engage in such an industry.

I think if you have a dream, are still young and want to try it out, there is nothing wrong with it. If we can support our families steadily, there will be no problem in the manufacturing industry. But it’s better to meet a reliable boss. We have been in business for 10 years. Even if the salary is paid on time every month, no matter how high the salary is, if he does not like this industry, he will not be able to retain him.

Developed countries still have a lot of processing and manufacturing, but the equipment is more advanced, smarter and more automated. For example, in Germany and Japan, it is not because of automation that people can be eliminated. People who need higher skills should have domestic salaries of 8,000-15,000. But all high salaries are achieved by oneself bit by bit. No one knows everything right away. Without the most basic technical accumulation, it is impossible to have high salaries later. In recent years, due to the poor internal and external environment, a large number of manufacturing industries will close down, which will then affect other industries. Now the express delivery industry has become unstoppable, and everyone says they are very profitable. It’s about making money, but you need to work hard to make money.

There is no job in this world that has more money but less work and is close to home. There is no shortcut except perseverance and hard work. Youth is a capital and you can look into several industries, but the sooner you accumulate your own abilities and experience, and the sooner you decide on the industry you plan to work in for a lifetime, the sooner you will benefit. Don't get to the time when you have parents and children, but you can't support your family. That will be the most embarrassing time for you.
