How to conduct annual review of Henan’s electrician certificate?

Go to the local safety supervision department for review.

1. Validity period and review period of the certificate

1. The certificate is valid for 6 years;

2. The special personnel operating certificate is reviewed every three years;

3. Special operations personnel must participate in knowledge update training for reexamination. After passing the examination, they will go through the reexamination (certificate renewal) procedures;

4. Special operations personnel should complete the reexamination period indicated on the certificate. If a reexamination application is submitted to the reexamination agency three months ago, the overdue certificate will automatically be invalidated.

2. Review Conditions

If one of the following conditions is not met, the reexamination is unsatisfactory:

1. Good health and no hindrance to engaging in corresponding types of work diseases and physiological defects;

2. No production safety accidents occurred during the review period;

3. Submit a review application within the review time specified in the certificate;

4. Reviewers must participate in review knowledge update training and pass the exam;

5. Age must not exceed 60 years old.

3. Materials required for review

1. Original operating certificate of special operators

2. Original ID card

3 , 2 recent one-inch photos without hats

4. The time required for re-examination shall be completed within 2 working days after receiving the re-examination materials uniformly submitted by the training institution and approved by the Provincial Work Safety Supervision Bureau. More than 35 working days.
