V. Fees

VI. Other requirements

(1) If a medical examination candidate fails to report to the medical examination centralized place before 8: a.m. on the day of medical examination, it will be deemed as a waiver and the medical examination qualification will be cancelled.

(2) Candidates are required to bring their valid ID cards to participate in the physical examination.

(3) On the day of physical examination, please bring a recent bareheaded photo of yourself (2 inches, with unlimited background color), and myopia candidates should wear appropriate glasses by themselves.

(4) Candidates are not allowed to take any communication tools to participate in the physical examination. Those that have been carried must be turned off as required and handed over to the staff for centralized custody when reporting. VII. Precautions for epidemic prevention and control

(1) The majority of candidates are requested to do a good job in self-health management in the near future. 7. Candidates who fail to provide the corresponding negative certificate of nucleic acid test and other relevant certificates as required on the day of physical examination.

(4) Candidates who are isolated in a centralized way or at home because of their relevant epidemiological history such as residence history and close contact history, and cannot reach the designated place on the day of physical examination, are deemed to have voluntarily given up their medical examination qualification.
