Notice on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standards in Zhenjiang City

Municipal and district people’s governments, Zhenjiang New District Administrative Committee, and relevant municipal units:

According to the Human Resources and Social Security of Jiangsu Province In accordance with the spirit of the Department’s “Notice on Adjusting the Province’s Minimum Wage Standards” (Su Renshefa [2015] No. 422), the city’s minimum wage standards will be adjusted starting from January 1. The notice is as follows:

1 , Monthly minimum wage standard: 1,770 yuan/month in first-class areas; hourly minimum wage standard for part-time workers: 15.5 yuan/hour in first-class areas. The urban area of ??our city, Danyang City, Jurong City, and Yangzhong City all implement the minimum wage standard for Class I areas.

The internship remuneration paid by the enterprise to the intern students and the labor remuneration to the work-study students shall be calculated on an hourly basis and shall not be lower than the local hourly minimum wage for part-time employment.

2. The minimum wage standard does not include the following: (1) Overtime wages; (2) Allowances for special working environments and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and hazardous, etc. ; (3) Labor welfare benefits stipulated by laws, regulations and the state, etc.

After excluding the excluded content and the individual’s contribution to the housing provident fund according to the limit, the monthly wage paid by the employer to the employee shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard.

3. The people’s governments of all municipalities and districts are requested to announce the adjusted minimum wage standards to the public within the specified period.
