To implement the laws, regulations and rules of the state and Beijing on education, promote the administration of education according to law, study and formulate policies for educational reform and development in this region, and supervise their implementation; Organize the preparation of educational development plans and annual plans, work out special plans for educational facilities in conjunction with relevant departments, and organize their implementation.
