With the consent of the State Party Committee and the State Government, according to the Implementation Measures of the State Personnel Bureau and the State Education Bureau on Supplementing Middle School Teachers through Public Examinations for the Society (No.66 [2005] of Two People), middle schools, Liangshan National Middle Schools and Liangshan National Normal Schools in nine counties in Quanzhou plan to recruit 20 1 teachers through public examinations for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Applicants and Registration Conditions

(1) Registration target: graduates from normal colleges (including undergraduate and junior college students in adult colleges); On-the-job personnel, non-normal college degree or above (including adult undergraduate and junior college students) and personnel who have obtained corresponding teacher qualification certificates.

(2) Recruitment scope: Undergraduate graduates are oriented to the whole province, other personnel are oriented to the whole state, and Liangshan candidates are not limited.

(3) Application conditions: graduates of previous normal universities with corresponding qualifications as stipulated in the Teachers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC); Non-normal college graduates with corresponding teacher qualifications; Abide by the constitution and laws, love education, be interested in teaching, abide by teachers' professional ethics, have good ideological and moral character, have good physical and psychological quality, and be under 35 years old. Bachelor degree or above can apply for junior high school, high school and technical secondary school teacher positions, and junior high school teacher positions are limited to junior high school teacher positions. Applicants who have graduated from normal universities should apply for the same major as this major; If you are not a normal major, the major you apply for should be consistent with the professional qualifications of teachers.

According to the principle of territoriality, candidates who report to the county are in the local county personnel bureau.

(1) Registration time: May 20071April-June 16.

(2) Registration procedure: Applicants must bring valid identity documents when registering.

(including the new version of temporary id card), original and photocopy of graduation certificate, degree certificate, teacher qualification certificate and household registration certificate. On-the-job personnel also need to hold the certificate that the unit agrees to take the exam, and the teacher should have the certificate that the local education administrative department agrees to take the exam, and attach two original 2-inch bareheaded recent photos.

Graduates of colleges and universities in 2007 hold their student ID cards (if there is no student ID card, the certificate issued by the department in charge of graduate employment in the applicant's school) and submit the letter of introduction issued by the department in charge of graduate employment in the school.

Those who meet the conditions for the expiration of volunteer service for college students who plan to participate in the western region must carry the certificate and assessment materials issued by the Youth League Committee and the personnel department at or above the county level where the exercise is held.

(3) Qualification examination: After completing the above-mentioned relevant procedures, the applicants shall register at the registration point within the specified time, and truthfully fill out the Registration Qualification Examination Form in duplicate, and the state and county education bureaus shall conduct qualification examination. If the applicant practices fraud or conceals relevant information, the competent employment authority will cancel his employment qualification, and the losses caused thereby shall be borne by the applicant himself.

(IV) Registration fee: Applicants who have passed the qualification examination shall pay a written examination fee of 100 yuan per person and subject according to the standards stipulated by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance and the Price Bureau [2003] No.237. Those who pass the written test and enter the interview will pay the interview examination fee 80 yuan separately.

(5) Time to collect the admission ticket: June 4-7, 2007. I will collect it at the registration point with my valid ID card (including the valid new version of temporary id card) and the registration payment receipt.

Fourth, the exam.

The examination is divided into written examination and interview, and the total score of the examination is calculated as 100, of which 60% is written examination and 40% is interview.

(1) Written examination

Generally not less than 3:1; Posts with special professional requirements can be reduced to 2:1with the consent of the State Education Bureau and the State Personnel Bureau; If the proportion of the above-mentioned examinations is not reached, the examiner will make unified adjustments to the recruitment positions and applicants. If the proportion is still not reached or there is no adjustment object after adjustment, the employment plan for this position shall be cancelled accordingly.

2. Written test subjects: There are two written test subjects, one is Administrative Professional Ability.

Aptitude test, the other is pedagogy and educational psychology.

3. written test time: the written test is scheduled for June 9 (Saturday).

4. written test location: the location determined by the admission ticket.

5. Calculation method of written test scores: the test paper of administrative professional aptitude test is divided into 100, and 25% is converted into total score; The combined volume of "Pedagogy" and "Educational Psychology" is divided into 100, and 35% is converted into the total score.

6. Publication of written test results: The written test results were published by the State Personnel Bureau and the State Education Bureau on June 27, 2007, and also published in Liangshan Personnel Network, Liangshan Education Information Network and the State Government Affairs Center for applicants to inquire.

7. Written examination plus points: Any minority candidates or college students who pass the examination after the expiration of the western planning service period can enjoy the preferential policy of adding 5 points to the written examination score (2.5 points for the administrative career orientation examination and 2.5 points for the combined volume of pedagogy and educational psychology), and there is no need to repeat the extra points. The bonus points will be included in the total score after being converted according to the prescribed proportion.

(2) Interview

According to the recruitment position, the number of people to be hired and the interview ratio of 1: 3, the State Personnel Bureau and the State Education Bureau will decide to enter the interview list from high to low according to the written test scores. Those who fail to reach the ratio of 1: 3 will enter the interview according to the written test scores.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) physical examination and evaluation

According to the positions and places, candidates who enter the physical examination and assessment are determined according to the total scores of candidates from high to low, and the county education bureau and personnel bureau organize the implementation of physical examination and assessment. The physical examination standard refers to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health. Vacancies due to unqualified physical examination can be filled in turn with the consent of Liangshan Personnel Bureau and Education Bureau.

Sixth, publicity.

After the recruitment department determines the personnel to be hired, it will be publicized in Liangshan Personnel Bureau, Liangshan Education Bureau, Liangshan Government Affairs Center, Liangshan Personnel Network and Liangshan Education Information Network. The publicity contents include name, gender, admission ticket number, graduation institution, examination results, positions to be employed and supervision and reporting telephone numbers. Accept social reports during the publicity period for a period of 5 days. Informants should reflect the problems in a real name and provide necessary investigation clues.

If there is no problem or the problem does not affect the employment after the list of personnel to be supplemented is publicized for 5 days, the relevant employment procedures shall be handled; If the problem is serious and evidence is found, it will not be hired; If the problem is serious, but it is difficult to verify or deny it at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and then the employment will be decided after finding out.

7. Go through the recruitment procedures.

1. The employing unit shall go through the relevant procedures in accordance with the relevant provisions of No.32 [2005] of Er Ren Fa for the proposed employees who have no objection after written examination, interview, physical examination, assessment and publicity.

2. If the employed persons are college graduates who are about to graduate in 2007, the employing unit shall sign the Employment Agreement of National Ordinary College Graduates. When signing the employment agreement for graduates of national colleges and universities, the employing unit shall stipulate the reporting period, and submit the certification materials required in the post qualifications such as graduation certificate and degree certificate at the time of reporting.

3. The personnel who have been approved for employment shall report for duty within the specified time. Without the consent of the employing unit, those who fail to report for duty within the time limit shall be deemed to have abstained, and their registration qualification for participating in the recruitment of state institutions shall be cancelled within one year. After the registration period, the employing unit and the competent department shall report the employment of teachers to the State Personnel Bureau and the State Education Bureau for the record. If there are vacancies, the recruiting unit can fill them in equal amounts in turn within six months according to the examination results and physical examination results after being audited by the competent department and approved by the national personnel and education departments.

Eight. Discipline and supervision
