1. On-site registration

The various certificates and certification materials provided by candidates must clearly prove that they can meet the conditions required by this announcement and the "Position Profile Form", and must not be fraudulent. The County Culture and Tourism Bureau will review the materials and certificates provided by candidates who register on-site on the spot; for candidates who register off-site, their registration information will be initially reviewed before receiving the professional skills test notice. (3) Professional skills test

(4) Interview

The interview will be organized and implemented by the County Culture and Tourism Bureau, and the interview time and location will be notified separately (candidates please pay attention to the Sihong County People's Government website www.sihong.gov .cn announcement).

The interview will be in the form of a structured interview, with a passing score of 60 points. The interview results will be informed to the candidates on the spot.

The overall score of the candidate is calculated based on the proportion of professional skills test scores accounting for 60% and interview scores accounting for 40%. The test scores of each link are calculated, synthesized and published in the form of a hundred point system.

Candidates for physical examination are confirmed. Based on the candidates' comprehensive scores from high to low (if the comprehensive scores are the same, the professional skills test results will be used; if the professional skills test scores are still the same, a separate examination will be organized to determine), the physical examination candidates will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of positions in the recruitment plan. (5) Physical examination

The physical examination is jointly organized by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the County Culture and Tourism Bureau. The physical examination standards are implemented with reference to the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants Recruitment (Trial)" . The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

Persons who have passed the physical examination are subject to inspection. The list of inspection targets is published on the Sihong County People's Government website.

(6) Inspection

The inspection work is organized and implemented by the County Culture and Tourism Bureau. The inspection work is carried out in accordance with the "Jiangsu Province Civil Servant Recruitment and Inspection Methods (Trial)", and the personal credit status, illegal and criminal records of the inspection targets are included in the scope of the inspection.

The employed personnel selected by the examiner must provide proof that their original unit agrees to apply for the examination during the examination; those who are employed at the time of registration but have resigned before the examination must provide a legal and valid "Certificate of Termination of Employment (Labor) Contract" , otherwise the physical examination qualification will be cancelled.

Before the end of the inspection, candidates who are in-service personnel (including those who resigned after the announcement of this announcement) must provide a certificate of no financial problems issued by the original unit. (7) Public announcement and employment record
