Where is Jiuzhaigou?

Jiuzhaigou is in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province.

Jiuzhaigou is located in Zhangzha Town, Jiuzhaigou County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in the south section of Minshan Mountain in northwest Sichuan, and in the northeast of Gongganling in the south section of Minshan Mountain. It is a network of national 5A-level tourist attractions, national key scenic spots, world natural heritage, national nature reserves, national geological parks and world biosphere reserves. Known as the world of fairy tales and the king of water features, there is a saying that Jiuzhai returns without looking at the water.

Jiuzhaigou has four scenic spots, namely Shuzheng Valley, Zechawagou, Rizegou and Zharugou, which are divided into many large and small scenic spots. Rich in animal and plant resources, it has high ecological protection, scientific research and aesthetic tourism value.

Jiuzhaigou is about 3000 meters above sea level and belongs to the humid climate of plateau. The temperature in Jiuzhaigou varies greatly in spring, and the average temperature is mostly between 9- 18℃. In summer, the temperature rises rapidly and steadily, with an average temperature of 19-22℃. Prepare a thin sweater when it gets cold at night. The weather in autumn is refreshing and pleasant, and the temperature is mostly at 7- 18℃, with a large temperature difference between day and night, especially in the late autumn after 10.

Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve is high in the south and low in the north, with deep valleys and wide height difference. Jiuzhaigou mouth on the northern edge of the region is only 2000 meters above sea level, with peaks in the middle above 4000 meters and south above 4500 meters. The main ditch is more than 30 kilometers long, and the peaks and peaks on both sides are basically covered with snow all year round.
