The process of joining the tax agent is as follows:

1. Log in to the information service platform of China Taxation Institute () and fill in the membership information (if you work in a tax agency, you need to submit it after being examined and confirmed by your firm or apply for membership on your behalf, and I will confirm and submit the information);

2. After filling in the information, submit the following information to the local tax association for relevant procedures:

(1) An application form for individual membership of China Association of Certified Tax Agents in duplicate (official seal is required for working in a tax agency);

(2) The original and photocopy of the tax accountant's professional qualification certificate, the original and photocopy of the graduation certificate and the original and photocopy of the ID card;

(3) Two recent two-inch color bareheaded ID photos and other relevant materials;

After confirmation by the Tax Association, the system will automatically give the individual member number and issue the individual membership card of China Certified Tax Agents Association; Tax agents can log on to the information service platform of China Taxation Institute, inquire about their basic information and propose changes, and participate in the continuing education of the online school of China Taxation Institute.
