There are 48 state-owned water management units in our city, including 35 reservoir management units, 2 river embankment management units and sluices.

Vigorously promote the separation of water conservancy project management and maintenance. Because our city is located in a relatively developed area with a relatively developed market, water surface cleaning, greening project management and protection, and small-scale regular maintenance are mostly entrusted to social companies, and hoists and steel gates are entrusted to the provincial electromechanical equipment inspection station for regular inspection (testing) before the flood season. Our city has made great efforts in internal reform after the staffing and funds of water management units have been implemented. First, in order to increase the vitality of the units, reduce expenditures and change the situation of overstaffed people, 241 people have been diverted by retiring internally and leaving their jobs without pay, which has achieved the effect of "reducing staff and increasing efficiency". It consists of 5 large reservoirs, 3 medium reservoirs and 1 river reservoir, of which 1 large reservoir and 1 medium reservoir are under construction. In financial management, two lines of revenue and expenditure are implemented, and the operating income of all branches and subsidiaries is brought into the unified management of the group company. At the beginning of the year, two expenses are approved, and they are allocated in full and on time as needed, and the target responsibility assessment is organized at the end of the year. In 27, the two basic expenditures of six reservoirs were approved to be 47.92 million yuan, and the special funds were approved separately. The funds for risk removal, maintenance and reinforcement were solved by the municipal and county finances.
