China CRRC Company (CRRC for short in Chinese, CRRC for short in English) is an A+H-share listed company, which was established by the merger of CNR and CSR China on the principle of reciprocity with the consent of the State Council and the approval of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

With the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission, CRRC was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 8, 2005. There are 46 wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries with more than 6,543,800 employees. Headquartered in Beijing.
