We will focus on the construction of CNOOC's 1.6 million cubic meter oil depot project and Vantone Haixin's 2 million cubic meter oil depot project with a total investment of 4.6 billion yuan, including Vantone Haixin's 1 million cubic meter largest bonded tank farm in the Yellow River Delta and Baogang fine chemicals tank farm project, so as to ensure that all of them will be put into use by the end of next year. Accelerate the construction of service facilities such as Haitong Port City Garden, Donggang Village New Village, Jingang Mall, kindergartens, schools, hospitals and supermarkets, and comprehensively improve urban functions. Fourth, the investment environment is constantly optimized. A high-standard administrative examination and approval service center has been built, realizing one-stop service and forming a high-quality, efficient and clean government environment.
