Fuzhou talent card application process is as follows:

1. Log on to the website of Fuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and find the special window for online service for high-level talents.

2. Click on the high-level talent classification declaration system.

3. After the approval, you need to apply for a talent card at the designated outlets, and the subsidy can be paid within 7 working days. Talent subsidy is a supplement given by the local government to introduce talents. Honorary winners who have a term of office shall be paid full talent allowance according to their term of office, and those who are not within the time range of policy implementation shall not be paid talent allowance.
