With the approval of the county party committee and government, in order to further strengthen the county’s cultural relics and museums, and based on the actual needs of Jimunai County’s cultural and museum work, Jimunai County will adopt public examinations, equal competition, strict inspections, merit-based admissions, and nearby cultural relics. According to the method of local selection and recruitment, the Cultural Relics Bureau is recruiting a museum interpreter through the public examination of Jimuna County household registration or student origin.
1. Recruitment targets and conditions, benefits, job allocation, employment, assessment
(1) Recruitment targets
1. Those with household registration or student origin in Jimuna County Graduates with a college degree or above, regardless of major. Priority will be given to majors in museology, history, archaeology, broadcasting and hosting, and foreign languages.
2. The academic qualifications should be recognized by the national, provincial (regional, municipal) education administrative departments, and the autonomous region (including the Corps) Cadre Education Leading Group.
(2) Benefits
After the recruiter signs a contract with the employer, the salary will be based on the monthly basic salary plus job evaluation salary, and will be paid by the employer itself. The monthly basic salary is 1,000 yuan (800 yuan during the probation period), and the position performance salary is 500 yuan, including job responsibilities, performance, etc., totaling 1,500 yuan (the personal part of social security is deducted from this).
(3) Position Allocation
The personnel recruited this time will be uniformly allocated by the County Cultural Relics Bureau in accordance with the job requirements. Those who do not comply with the allocation will be disqualified.
(4) Recruitment and Assessment
The person to be hired will be led by the county personnel recruitment leading group, and the employer will sign an employment agreement with the applicant. The probation period is 3 months. (2) Interview
1. Interview time, location and fee.
Receive an interview notice at the County Cultural Relics Bureau (first floor of the County Federation of Trade Unions) at 10:00 am on August 13 (see the interview notice for specific time and location). The interview fee is 40 yuan.
2. Interview content and requirements.
(1) The interview adopts a structured interview, including: professional ability, language expression, image and temperament, talent performance (songs, recitation, etc.).
(2) The interview will be scored on the spot and the results will be announced on the spot. The full score of the interview will be 100 points.
(3) During the interview, candidates must provide original graduation certificates and ID cards. The originals will be returned to the applicant at the end of the interview. Candidates who lack the above-mentioned documents and cannot confirm their true identity are not allowed to participate in the interview.
(4) The interview work will be led by the personnel recruitment leading group, organized and implemented in conjunction with relevant departments, and the disciplinary inspection and supervision department will supervise the entire process.
(3) Physical examination
The physical examination is based on the ratio of 1:1 to the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment position and is determined based on the overall score ranking. Candidates participating in the physical examination are gathered at the specified time and place. The physical examination standards are implemented with reference to the 2012 autonomous region's public examination standards for civil servants to be recruited. The county recruitment leading group and relevant departments will organize physical examinations at designated general hospitals. The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the candidates.
If a candidate has questions about the physical examination results and applies for a reexamination himself, a reexamination can be organized with the approval of the county personnel recruitment and examination leading group. The reexamination can only be conducted once. Those who fail the physical examination will not be hired.
If a position becomes vacant due to failure in the physical examination, candidates who have passed the interview can be filled in order by overall score ranking.
(5) Public announcement
According to the prescribed procedures and standards, the personnel to be hired will be determined among those who have passed the interview, physical examination, and inspection results. The notice board of the Personnel Bureau will be published for seven days.
4. Supervision and other requirements
Applicants who violate regulations or commit fraud will be disqualified from taking the exam; those who have been hired will be disqualified from employment. The county discipline inspection and supervision department will supervise the entire examination process.
