In principle, the age requirement for general teachers is 35 years old and below, and for professors, the age requirement is 45 years old and below. "Fresh graduates" who apply for our school refer to students who graduated from full-time colleges and universities in 2021, are not part of directional and entrusted training, and have never been employed or paid social insurance. Social workers from other provinces and cities who apply for our school must hold a Shanghai residence permit for more than one year (within the validity period, the calculation deadline is December 31, 2021).
