What problems lead to the existence of online recruitment problems?

In my work, I summarize the following problems.

First, job seekers don’t like to take the initiative to call employers and like to wait passively.

Second, the recruitment information on some recruitment websites is false, resulting in poor overall recruitment results.

Third, communication methods such as telephone are not as direct as face-to-face interviews. Because you can’t feel the applicant’s external temperament without meeting him.

Fourth, what’s more, the company’s recruitment information is not written well enough, and the job seeker’s resume is not good enough either, resulting in poor communication!
