First, all dinner parties are prohibited. All catering service units temporarily stop providing on-site meals, and can provide catering services in the form of take-out or packaged take-out.

Second, strengthen the supervision of the source of ingredients. All catering service units must strictly implement the incoming inspection system. It is strictly forbidden to purchase, process and produce foods of unknown origin, such as wild animals and live birds, and strengthen the inspection of inspection and quarantine certificates of meat products to ensure the traceability, legality and compliance of food sources.

Three, the catering service units should strengthen the COVID-19 prevention and control knowledge training for employees. Strictly implement the health management system for food employees and the requirements for environmental sanitation control in places.
