The first part: Speaking as the representative of the excellent member units of SME Association.

Dear leaders, entrepreneurs and friends of the Association, good afternoon! First of all, on behalf of Ganzhou Yanshi Brothers Building Materials Co., Ltd., I would like to thank the leaders and zhanggong district Small and Medium Enterprises Association for their support, care and love. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks here!

With the management and support of Zhong Qun, director of the private enterprise administration bureau, and the leadership and help of Wu, president of the association, zhanggong district SME Association has developed rapidly and its scale has been expanding. Since we joined the Association for two years, the Association has actively invited and assisted Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Merchants Bank and Agricultural Bank to actively provide financing consultation and financing solutions for our company and solve the problem of capital shortage for our company at the turning point of our company's growth. At the same time, the legal advisers of the Association actively provide legal services and legal advice to the member units of the Association, often helping to handle cases involving law and litigation, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the member units. Third, the Association actively organizes member units to visit and study in Zhanggong Liquor Industry, providing a platform for exchange, learning advanced management concepts, exchanging information and experience, and enhancing friendship and cohesion.

The association has also established a perfect talent pool, which has injected more fresh blood into the management of enterprise association members, made enterprises full of vitality and accelerated the pace of development.

The association focuses on improving the comprehensive quality of its members, starting with improving their market competitiveness, improving their own cultural, moral and market management quality in many ways, and improving the management level and ability of managers of member units. Colleagues' associations often organize enterprises to participate in management training courses and often hold management training meetings. During the training, our enterprise members learned a lot of knowledge.

Being awarded the honorary title of excellent member unit today is an honor given to me by the association and a spur to us. In the new period of economic development, we should regard the association as our mother's family, make good use of this platform for information exchange, dance the ties of unity and cooperation, and build a bridge to enhance friendship. Part II: Speech by representatives of outstanding branch members.

Dear leaders, teachers and students:

Good Morning, everyone! I'm Xu Chunting from the Department of Textile Engineering of Textile and Clothing Institute, 10. Today, I am very honored to speak here as a member representative of the College Students Employment and Entrepreneurship Association.

Under the guidance of the tenet of "self-improvement, life planning, self-development and future achievement", Nantong University College Students' Employment and Entrepreneurship Association has made great achievements in serving students' employment and entrepreneurship. I feel extremely honored to join such an organization.

Looking back on the university year, although I knew from the beginning that the university was not the legendary ivory tower and security, I also knew that the employment situation of college students was very severe now. I knew that employment and entrepreneurship were the most important things for our college students, but I knew nothing about employment and entrepreneurship at that time.

Later, I joined the College Students Employment and Entrepreneurship Association. The training in the association made me learn a lot about employment and entrepreneurship, and also improved my practical ability.

Looking back on the days after joining the association, it is always unforgettable. In the association, I have been growing, and I have participated in many activities of the association. From the initial "career vane" activity to the "career planning competition" some time ago, I benefited a lot.

Last year1February, as a member, I was lucky enough to attend the "big market job fair". As soon as I entered, I was shocked by what I saw-many job seekers. Then I saw the candidates holding more than a dozen resumes, delivering them door to door and selling themselves everywhere. Among them, those who were approved were filled with joy, those who were rejected were filled with disappointment, and those who did not meet the recruitment conditions revealed helplessness. These pictures are deeply imprinted in my heart. I think: in a few years, we will also join this huge job-seeking group. Now, how can I work hard to get there?

I have more joy on my face! The "big market job fair" made me clearly realize the pressure of employment in advance, so as to better prepare for the challenge.

The holding of "Career Planning Competition" made me fully understand myself, defined my goals, improved the organization of my work, and made me consciously prepare for my future from the beginning.

At the same time, the lectures and lectures on employment and entrepreneurship held by the association also let me systematically learn about employment and entrepreneurship and keep abreast of relevant trends. I thank the Association from the bottom of my heart for providing us with these platforms, so that we can have a rational understanding of employment and entrepreneurship, and let us contact the society from a high starting point and exercise ourselves in all directions.
