What are the entry inspection items of anchorage products?

1 Appearance inspection: 2% samples shall be taken from each batch of products, and no less than 10 sets. The overall dimension shall conform to the dimension range shown in the product quality guarantee, and the surface shall be free of cracks and corrosion; In any of the following circumstances, the appearance of this batch of products should be inspected one by one, and those who pass the inspection can enter the follow-up inspection: 1) If 1 does not meet the overall dimensions shown in the product quality guarantee, double the number of pieces should be re-inspected, and 1 piece is still unqualified; 2) When there are cracks on the surface of 1 parts or corrosion on the conical surface of the clamping piece and anchor hole. Support anchor pads and spiral ribs can be visually inspected as described above, but the surface is allowed to be slightly rusted. 2 Hardness inspection: 3% and not less than 5 groups of samples (6 pieces of porous clip anchors in each group) shall be taken from each batch of products for inspection, and the hardness value shall meet the requirements of product quality assurance; When 1 piece does not meet the requirements, double the number of pieces shall be taken for reinspection; If there are still 1 pieces that do not meet the requirements after repeated inspection, the batch of products should be inspected one by one, and only those that meet the requirements can enter the follow-up inspection.
