My internship position is a data engineer to be recruited by the company. I am mainly responsible for data entry through the gis system developed by the company, involving Foshan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhaoqing and Zhongshan. This data entry is a project under the integration project of China Southern Power Grid and Guangdong Power Supply Bureau, drawing regional power grids, involving power cables, distribution rooms, transformers, user access points, cabinet switches and so on. And the number of assets of power users. The company provides training, and after the training, on-site assessment will be conducted. Those who pass the training are internships.

In the company's training institutions, the main content of training is to master and understand the operating interface of the g is system developed by the company itself, the functions of various menus, the contents involved in the system, and the company's rules and regulations, so as to understand the company's daily management norms and how the company operates. The content of the assessment is naturally these two aspects. One is practical operation, that is, drawing power network on gis system and inputting attribute data of related power equipment; The other is written examination, which is used to examine the company's rules and regulations, mainly the company's daily management norms and workflow. Those who pass the examination twice will be assigned to specific posts. After passing the exam, I was assigned to practice in Mingcheng Power Supply Station, Gaoming District, Foshan City. July 2 1 is my first day to report to the internship site, get to know my colleagues and working environment, and then solve some problems in my accommodation. The work in the first and second weeks of internship is mainly about the printing of aerial photos of the station area. Each power supply station has its own management station area, and each station area is responsible for the power supply of an area. This work is mainly done by two groups, the field and the office. I belong in the office. The company will give each data engineering entry personnel a login account of gis system, and they can work after logging in the system. They will give the printed drawings to the field personnel, and the field personnel will collect the power data of the actual area according to the drawings, and then hand them over to the personnel in charge of this work in the power supply station for review. After approval, they will be handed over to our people in the industry to input data on gis system. After the entry is completed, we will submit the work order to the auditor of the power supply office for review. If there is no problem, we will release the work order and end the work of the work order. One workstation corresponds to one work order. If the audit fails, we will return the work order to our indoor staff for data correction. If there is something wrong with the data itself, the field staff will check the data, or go to the site to collect the data again to ensure the correctness of the data. The first step of our work is to print out all the aerial photos of Taiwan Province area, and then hand them over to the field staff for data collection. In two weeks, we completed the printing of all drawings in Taiwan Province, and the first stage of work was successfully completed.

From the third week to the fifth week, we input data. Since the third week, we have received the data collection form and the one-off structure diagram of the station area. These data acquisition tables and one-off structural drawings have been approved by the power supply station. Then the operation and maintenance personnel of the power supply station will open a work order for us in the system, and then we will log in to the system with the account given by the company, sign the work order, and then we can enter the data. The main steps of the work are: 1, after signing the work order, enter the work order, and use the positioning function of the system to find the work area corresponding to the drawing according to the work area name or number; 2. Because the system has the function of gis, you can clearly see the geographical environment of the station area, and then draw power equipment according to the disposable structure diagram, including distribution room, outdoor box, cable, user access point and so on. 3. After drawing the power equipment, fill it in according to the properties of the power equipment collected by the field staff. Each power equipment has its corresponding equipment attributes, which requires us to fill in the system. After filling in, we will maintain the consistency of equipment and single line, and ensure the synchronization of equipment properties and the connectivity of power network. 4. After the completion of the third step, import the user asset number, sort out the user asset number where the user access point in the station area is located into the form of excel table, and then import it at the contact point. After data processing, it can be saved without problems; 5. After the above work is completed, the work order can be submitted to the power supply personnel for review. If approved, the work of the work order can be ended. If it fails, the data can be corrected until the data is entered correctly. During these three weeks, although we encountered some problems in our work, such as communication with field staff, communication with research institutes and system problems, these problems hindered our work, but they were all solved through our hard communication and reflection. In three weeks, with the efforts of my colleagues and I, the data entry of each station in the power supply station was completed.

The fifth and sixth weeks are mainly some finishing work, because we have entered all the data of the station area in the first three weeks, which is basically the completion of the work task. Now it is mainly the problem that some legacy users' asset numbers are imported incorrectly, because some users' asset numbers are wrong when they are imported into the household table, and because some asset numbers are updated and the databases of gis system and marketing system are synchronized, it is necessary to import some wrong asset numbers again; Another task is to solve the problems detected in the system quality inspection report. After we complete the data entry of all sites, the gis system will have a system detection process, and errors will be detected during the data entry process. Because we are usually very careful when entering data, only a small part of the problems are detected by the system, and soon we will correct the mistakes again. After finishing the remaining problems, it is time to sort out your work report, including the work order signed by yourself, the completion of the work order, and the arrangement of the information in the Taiwan area. Finally, fill in the relevant contents of your internship report, and then hand it over to the company for performance evaluation and seal during the implementation period.
