Then, ask questions about our resume and experience. She asked relatively few questions about fresh graduates, mainly asking whether she had taken the postgraduate entrance examination before (he took it but failed); whether she would continue to take it in the future (he answered that he would take it again if given the chance); what are his advantages (he answered about learning ability) strong etc.).

The most common questions asked to married women are mainly about the previous job content (the same as the position she applied for); the reason for leaving the job (she answered that she was pregnant and in poor health); why she did not return to her original company, etc.

I was mainly asked about my previous job (I was not in the securities industry before); why I left my job (I said to have better learning opportunities); why I invested in the position of business assistant (I said not I have worked in securities and want to start in this position, learn more and develop slowly); since I was in another city before, I asked why I came here (I said that I wanted to start a family and start a business here in the future); I feel that this place is different from the previous one. What's different about the city (I said it's more progressive here); then asked where my home is, my home is far away from here, but I answered honestly; and also asked me if I hated the content of my previous job (I was a little confused at the time and didn't know His intention later said that there was nothing he disliked or disliked. It had nothing to do with the work content. He just wanted to learn more. Later I found out that the position I applied for also required me to do my previous job. They had not disclosed this before. I felt that My adaptability is somewhat poor).

There was also an episode. Before introducing themselves, the other two candidates gave their prepared resumes to the interviewer. They were both one-page resumes. I was so excited that I forgot to give them to them. , when I was about to go out after the interview, I gave them my resume. Fortunately, I organized a detailed resume in a folder with all the information, so I asked the interviewer if he wanted a detailed resume. One of the interviewers seemed to I was very interested and readily accepted it. Then I took the initiative to say goodbye to them, feeling that I left a good impression on the interviewer who didn't ask me questions.

Second interview:

There were about ten people during the second interview. The general manager and the other two interviewers met together and went in one by one. One of the interviewers didn't ask me any questions, but he smiled every time we looked at each other, which made me feel more relaxed.

My number was in the middle. There were two graduate students in front of me who both interviewed for more than ten minutes. I was in a different position than them, so it felt like the interview time was relatively short.

Still no professional questions were asked. First, I introduced myself, and then asked basically the same questions as last time, except that the person asking them was different.

The difference from the first interview was that they asked me about my previous salary and current expected salary (because this position is under the labor dispatch system, I didn’t know about it until the second interview, so I didn’t dare to say too much. After I came out, I didn’t go back to the waiting area to communicate with other people. I felt that the two sides were not as good as each other. I was probably a little discouraged when I heard that it was not a formal establishment, and I felt that I didn’t pay much attention to the general manager, but The whole interview process was very relaxed.
