Nuoyu gear production technology

1, ordinary car processing. In ordinary turning, the blank of Nuoyu gear is usually clamped on vertical or horizontal lathe.

2. Gear forming. This machining method is mainly applied to the internal tooth machining of Nuoyu gear and the external tooth machining of some gears with structural interference.

Step 3 shave your teeth. Gear shaving is a kind of gear finishing process, and there is a cutter body corresponding to the gear tooth profile when cutting.

4. Honing processing. Honing is a process of finishing hard gear with amorphous cutting angle.

5. Capacitor discharge welding. Capacitance discharge welding is realized by rapidly increasing current, relatively short welding time and high welding current.

Step 6 measure. The detection of gears is very extensive and must be adjusted according to different forms of gears. This is the manufacturing process of Nuoyu gear.
