Guodian Feixian Power Generation Co., Ltd.,

The large-scale thermal power generation project invested and constructed by China Guodian Corporation, Luneng Group and Feixian Energy Development Co., Ltd. according to the ratio of 55%:35%: 10% is planned and constructed according to the scale of 7.2 million kilowatts. This project is demonstrated from 1982. In August, 2003, China Guodian Corporation established the preparation office of Guodian Feixian Power Plant, which was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission on May 23, 2005. The site is located about 8 kilometers northwest of Feixian County.

The total installed capacity of Guodian Feixian Power Plant is 7.2 million kilowatts, namely: 2× 600,000 kilowatts +4× 1 10,000 kilowatts +2× 1 10,000 kilowatts, and the estimated total investment is about 35 billion yuan. The first phase of the project has an installed capacity of 2× 600,000 kilowatts, covering an area of 645 mu. It is planned to put into production in the first quarter of 2007 ahead of schedule. It is estimated that the annual sales income will be 2 billion yuan and the profit and tax will be 700 million yuan. The overall scientific and technological content of the unit is high, and it is a high-tech environmental protection and energy-saving generator set, which is at the leading level in the country and represents the development direction of the national thermal generator set. Compared with subcritical thermal power units with the same capacity, the efficiency is improved by 3 percentage points, the coal consumption per kWh is reduced by about 27 grams, and the annual coal consumption is 2.67 million tons. The power plant adopts the secondary circulating water supply system of natural ventilation cooling tower, and the reclaimed water from Feixian Sewage Treatment Plant is preferred for water supply.

The second phase of the project plans to install four 654.38+000 MW ultra-supercritical condensing coal-fired generating units, which have been included in the key power supply project plan of China Guodian Corporation. It is estimated that the total investment will be about 20 billion yuan. First, two 654.38+000 MW generating units, No.3 and No.4, will be built. It is planned to start construction in 2007 and put into production in 2009, which has been included in the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan". 5.6 Unit 2× 1 MW is scheduled to start in 2009 and put into production in 20 12.
