If you have negative thoughts, you won't work hard. I had never touched machinery at that time. As soon as I entered the factory, I was asked to operate the CNC machine tool. The first thing I remember is that it seems to have been imported from Japan. These instructions are all in English. To tell the truth, my English seems exhausted, but thinking about it is just exercise. So I looked up the dictionary while reading the instructions. At the same time, I immediately put what I saw into practice. Everyone else is off work, and I'm still there thinking. In this way, I gradually became familiar with machine tools, and the products developed were even better than the samples of the manufacturers, so that machine tool manufacturers often brought customers to our factory. In this way, I became famous and the motivation to learn came. As long as it is a CNC machine tool, I must be the first to learn. In three and a half years, I learned about CNC lathes, CNC punching machines, CNC cylindrical grinders, CNC cutting machines, American-made imported machining centers, American-made CMM, Japanese-made imported machine tools and so on. And I am the best at operating the machine every time.
