Wenshan Prefecture Pingwen Expressway Co., Ltd. was registered and established on October 28, 2013. It is a wholly state-owned company funded and established by the Wenshan Prefecture People's Government and directly affiliated to the Prefecture People's Government. It is mainly responsible for the toll collection, maintenance, troubleshooting, service area and ancillary facilities of the 32.4-kilometer highway from Pingyuan to Laohuilong. It has two toll stations, Pingyuan and Dehou.
