3. When entering our hospital, people from middle and high-risk areas in China and returning home must have negative results of nucleic acid test within 7 days. Those who do not have negative certificates of nucleic acid test within 7 days are advised to go to the fever clinic of the hospital for nucleic acid test, and consciously obey the health management arrangements required for epidemic prevention and control.

2. Instructions for outpatient treatment

1. Patients should only be accompanied by one family member when visiting the outpatient and emergency departments.

2. Fever patients and all returnees from other places go directly to the fever clinic.

3. Non-febrile patients who see a doctor at noon and at night are triaged by the emergency department to see a doctor in the corresponding department.

4. Children with fever should go to the corresponding consulting room after pre-examination and triage.

5. Keep a distance of at least 1m when registering, paying fees, taking medicines and waiting for medical treatment to avoid gathering. All patients and accompanying family members should do personal protection and wear masks all the time.

3. Instructions for inpatients and caregivers

1. Newly admitted patients and fixed caregivers need to do nucleic acid testing, and the results are negative and they are admitted to the general ward. Returnees and high-risk professionals in high-risk areas need to be checked by fever clinics, and COVID-19 can be excluded before they can be admitted to general wards.

2. For inpatients, there is no escort unless necessary. When escort is really necessary, only one escort is allowed. For those who are seriously ill, they can be accompanied by two accompanying personnel. If the chaperone needs to be replaced, the new chaperone needs to be tested for nucleic acid. Patients and accompanying personnel are required to show their wristbands, health codes and travel codes before entering the inpatient ward.
