(3) recommended by at least two Chinese medicine practitioners.

3. The recommending physician shall be a Chinese medicine practitioner in the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government where the recommended person has long-term clinical practice.

4, learning Chinese medicine, the instructor should have the qualification of practicing Chinese medicine, engaged in clinical work of Chinese medicine 15 years or above or have the qualification of professional and technical positions above deputy chief physician. A tutor may not take more than four apprentices at the same time.
